My Beige Flags

This post was inspired by Pooja! I thought it was very interesting so I decided to jump on it.

Beige flags are basically attributes you have that are a bit weird or odd. They’re not bad enough to be seen as a red flag but also not that great to be considered as a green flag. Of course, this is subjective because we’re not all the same.

To me, these are my beige flags.

🤫 I chew my liquids

Everytime I say this people are like, “huh?”. Yes, I chew my liquids! My brain won’t allow edibles to go pass my throat without masticating first. Deal with it!

I don’t chew water or soda or coffee but I chew liquids that have sediments in it like orange pulpy juice. I chew ice cream, oats, etc.

🤫 I struggle to spell words with double letters in them

It is so hard for me to spell words like tomorrow, appreciate, disappoint etc, without doing a second take to make sure they’re correct. I mix up the double words and end up writing tommorow, aprreciate or dissappoint. It’s bad

I also spell vehicle as vechile (I did it again right now). It’s so bad that my keyboard already sees vechile as an actual word cause of how often I type it.

🤫 I press my toothpaste tube from the centre

I had no idea this was weird until quite recently. My roommates were making fun of me for it and I was so confused 😂 I thought it was normal.

Apparently this is a dealbreaker in some marriages so if you know you can’t handle someone that presses their tube from the centre then stay away from me 😂

These are 3 of my beige flags that I think are quite quirky. I think they’re cute anyhow so would I try to change it? No.
