While I was trying to research what exactly “channeling the feminine energy means”, I realized that there is no standard meaning to it and everyone has a perception of what feminine energy means and how to channel it.
I’ve got mine too.
Channeling your feminine energy means being in tune with YOU; who you are, and who you’re meant to be. It means believing that you are worthy and deserving of the things you want. It means you believe you’re worthy of the good things you have and that they should keep coming to you.
I’m also a strong believer that music influences you and the kind of person you are or wish to become. I’m very particular about the kind of music I listen to because when I listen to music, I’m very mindful of the lyrics and the message. I listen intently. That’s why even if I’m sad, you won’t catch me listening to sad or depressing songs.
Songs that channel my feminine energy are the songs that make me feel like a ✨woman✨. They make me feel beautiful, classy, worthy, loved, happy, sexy, and in charge. They make me love being a woman because women are indeed beautiful and powerful beings.
These aren’t my top 5, these are just the ones I feel will give you an idea of what I’m talking about.
Love (Sweet Love) by Little Mix
This song screams SELF-LOVE, knowing your WORTH. No one can love you like you and it’s okay to be selfish with your love sometimes.
I been spendin’ time on everybody else
It’s time I did it for me
Love, sweet love, oh, baby
Never kept my magic all to myself
So now I’m gon’ give it to me
When it’s said and done
I’m gonna show me some Love, sweet love
7 Rings by Ariana Grande
This song makes me feel like a boss. Like “girl don’t talk to me!” *snaps fingers*
As a woman, you should feel expensive. It is not easy to be a woman so you should understand that you deserve good things, you deserve pretty things, you deserve to get the things you like and if you’re working hard to earn them, then go for it!
Been through some bad shit, I should be a sad bitch
Who woulda thought it’d turn me to a savage?
Rather be tied up with calls and not strings
Write my own checks like I write what I sing
Lucky Girl by Carlina
My love language is “Words of Affirmation”. I love when people say affirming and encouraging words to me. I watched a clip where the guy said the best way to practice self-love is to use your love language to love yourself. If your language is gift-giving, then buy gifts for yourself. If it’s quality time then spend meaningful quality time with yourself.
Since mine is words of affirmation then I should say affirming and loving words to myself and I’ve noticed that this has actually helped me a lot in my journey and it made me appreciate myself more.
I use this song to affirm myself.
I’m a lucky girl
I do lucky things
Getting all my dreams
For what it’s worth it seems that
I’m a lucky girl
And all good things
Come to me
Flow to me
Move through me
Everything works out for me
No taking control of me
I move by my own two feet
Run The World (Girls) by Beyoncé
This list can’t be complete without this legendary girl power song. This song make me feel like I can take on the world. Like Beyoncé said, WE run it.
My persuasion
Can build a nation
Endless power
With our love we can devour
Hip by Mamamoo
This song is actually mostly in Korean so for people that can’t listen to non-English songs, sorry.
This song gives the “I don’t care what people say or think”. It preaches unapologetically living for yourself.
Attention, wherever you go
Reflection, you can shine (Yeah)
There’s only one you in the world
But what’s wrong?
Why spit on your own face?
I hope you can finally get the feel of what I mean by channeling your feminine energy.
Whenever I want to tune into my femininity, I put on my “Expensive Girl Playlist”. Give her a listen if you like!

I know you must be wondering why today’s AMOSL is not like the usual posts.
