Blogmas D’2: What I Love About Christmas

Everyone has a particular thing they look forward to during Christmas and to be frank, there are a lot of things to look forward to.

Christmas is celebrated in different ways, in different traditions around the world but I think there are common things that we all enjoy about Christmas.

🎄 Food

I can’t be the only one that looks forward to the amount of food I get to eat during Christmas. From visitations, carols, parties and family Christmas dinner.

There’s always so much to eat and I LOVE eating! Purrr

🎄Decorations

I love how beautiful my city gets during Christmas. The lights are shining, the trees are standing, the reindeers are out, everywhere just looks so prettyyy!

I took some pictures of my city for Blogmas last year. I’ll see if I can do that this year as well so I can show you guys how pretty they are!

🎄 Christmas Carols

Oh my God the way I loveeeeee Christmas Carols especially in church. Those are my favorite events ever. I can never get tired of hearing the story of Jesus’s birth or screaming the lyrics of the same Christmas songs I learnt when I was 5.

Christmas Carols make me feel like a kid again. Most people are dressed in the Christmas colors, there’s food, beautiful decor, a lovely choir, your friends and family. Everything about it feels magical.

🎄 Christmas Movies

I’m a sucker for Christmas movies, no matter how cliché and predictable they are. I love them like that!

Town girl falls in love with the tourist who’s only there for Christmas to see his grandparents. Something happens and they almost don’t kiss under the mistletoe on Christmas Day but the guy realizes “Omg I’m in love with her!”, runs back to catch her before the other guy in the coffee shop who has a crush on her confesses. She agrees to move back to the city with him or he decides the town life actually suits him so he leaves his high paying job to open a donut shop with her and live happily ever after.

That my friends, is true love.

But for real though, I really really love Christmas movies.
