Quick Light Meals I’m Loving Lately: My Go-To Breakfasts for Busy Mornings

Trying to balance school, work AND play, there’s barely any time to eat! Especially in the mornings.

My breakfast routine currently consists of just these 3 light, easy and quick meals. I have been loving them so much that I don’t reach for anything else.

These are quick meal for students, no-cook breakfast idea that will save your time and energy.

Here are 3 light breakfast ideas for busy mornings:

An Oat Bowl

This is my go-to breakfast at the moment.

Oat meal

It’s basically just oat meal with whatever you want to add to it. You can add berries or bananas or coconut slices or peanut butter or chocolate chips. Literally, anything.

Personally, I take mine with just milk and ripe bananas. When I tell you, this tastes so good!

Only downside is, I’m actually lactose intolerant so my tummy takes me on a trip right after I take the last spoon. But I still love it!

It’s rich in a lot of nutrients so it’s a great way to start your day.

Hotdog Rolls

I’ve had these severally in the past but they have just been really hitting these past couple of weeks.

I’ve had ones that aren’t so good so maybe it’s just the vendor I’m get it from at the moment.

It’s a good snack I like to have before or in between classes.

Toast Bread

I cannot get tired of toast bread.

You basically get all you need in one meal. Bread (carbs), eggs (protein) and the veggies of your choice.

It’s quick and easy.

If there’s a meal I could have forever, it would be toast bread!

With school, work and everything in between, the last thing I need is to stress about what to eat in the morning. These meals have been my life savers.

They’re simple, quick, and satisfying enough to keep me going. If you’ve been looking for breakfast ideas that won’t eat into your time (pun intended), definitely give these a try!
