A lot of people are sometimes puzzled by what the main functions of these mineral supplements are. All we know is doctors say it’s to complement your meals and provide necessary nutrients.
We see a list of minerals and vitamins contained in the pills but not a lot of us actually know their functions.
Sometimes you don’t even need to get every supplement out there. You should know exactly what you’re lacking and take supplements based on that.
I, personally used to buy whatever the pharmacist recommend as long as it’s healthy till I decided to do some research and I now have a cheat code for figuring out what minerals you actually want or need.
For my readers that don’t love pills (like me), I’m telling you some fruits that you can substitute the pills with for each mineral. You’re highly welcome 🤍
