Happy new month everyone ✨
It’s the month of May and this is the month where we try to shed light on mental health, how important it is to take care of yourself mentally and how to take care of yourself mentally.
Mental Health Awareness Month provides a timely reminder that mental health is essential and that those living with mental health issues are deserving of care, understanding, compassion, hope, healing, and recovery.
Due to my EXTREMELY HECTIC schedule, I’ve decided to write one post each week for the next 4 weeks with the theme of this month in mind.
Also, I’m going to be doing a mental health challenge sorta? My friend and I decided to do it together. I think you should join too🏽
At the end of each the month, I’ll do a review on most, if not each day and you can tell me about yours too.
